“Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. “A little hard to figure out where to park to check in, but after that it was good. Also, had a little difficulty getting out of the garage. Front desk said our card was good until 6, but we couldn’t get in the hotel doors with it to get to the parking garage, so we walked up the ramp, then parking was charged to our room, but the key card wouldn’t open the gate. We had to call someone and eventually got thru after giving room number and name. ”

“I dare to say that I think I like this hotel better than the JW Marriott Downtown. This hotel is in the heart of everything, its got an amazing restaurant on the main level and another roof top bar/restaurant on the 8th floor. We had a corner room, service was amazing and I loved that it was a tossimo for coffee instead of normal crappy hotel coffee.
