“Room could have been cleaner. Our door didnt close properly. But sufficient for our stay. Definately needs some updating.”

“I did like the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I did not like the means to get to the rooms. If you are older or have back or leg issues, you have to climb steep staircases with your luggage and go through a maze of doors to get to the rooms. Not fun. Please build an elevator.”

“Three of us had so much fun in this area! The property is wonderfully spacious, room comfortable and clean, breakfast was perfecto. Very happy and will be back.”

“Overall, the house had plenty of room. It was a pleasant home. The owner immediately responded when we couldn't turn on the heat. It is definitely secluded and was great for my son's dog. I would ask the owner to provide a dresser and a mirror in each of the bedrooms to accommodate her guests. Also, a lamp or some floor lighting other than overhead in the living area would have been better. And, instructions on how to navigate the TV would have been better. Overall, I give the stay a 4 star……

“When I checked in I was told that I booked two rooms. That was my error. The person at the front desk kindly cancelled one of my rooms. My only complaint of the property is the carpeting in the hallway. Needs to be refreshed. Hotel is in a great location with lots to do. ”

“I initially reserved four nights and then extended my stay by three more, as it was a comfortable place to stay. The large windows offered a beautiful view that was enjoyable at any time of the day. New Hope, Lambertville, Peddler's Village, and Doylestown were just a hop, skip, and a jump away.”

“This property is a great fit for families, especially if you have kids and or a dog. The backyard is very spacious and fenced. It is great for mingling with family and friends. The owner has a garden and is also growing grapes, apples, etc. He also has a little hen house. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms along with a bed and plenty of kid stuff. The basement has a foosball table.”

“We’ve enjoyed our stays here. The staff is wildly pleasant and helpful. Check in and out is easy. The bartender is cheerful and knowledgeable. ”

“A real Zen property a few feet from the water’s edge. Watch the water flow by while you sip your tea. Bring your bikes for the lengthy bike trail running along the river, and just a few hundred feet away.”

“We had a friends’ getaway long weekend here and loved it. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting outside by the pool with coffee and listening to the birds sing. The house is roomy and very homey and the beds were soooo comfortable. The location is perfect—-less than a ten minute drive to downtown New Hope with all its shops, restaurants, etc.., but the wooded property is private and quiet and definitely feels like you’re away from it all. We also loved the adorable goats, and fed them……
