“The property is fine and clean, if a little tired. The rugs are stained, the baseboards are chipped, and parking is an extra $40/night, as street parking is not a realistic option. Kitchen, couches, tvs, and beds were all in good shape. Location is good - close to the action but far enough to not hear all the noise of the bars. ”
