“Our bungalow was beautiful and made our stay with children very easy. So much to do around the area and the resort is beautiful, it’s also huge so travel takes awhile. Checking into the front desk would be the downfall to this trip. It takes a long time for them to check in each group. And they never told me when I checked in I could sign a golf cart rental agreement so I had to come back for that and wait longer in line. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we plan on coming back. ”

“The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!”

“This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at……

“Property was as described. Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. The property manager was very helpful, and unsuccessfully tried to contact the property……

“We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed……
