“Das Hotel war sehr gut und der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Innenstadt von Funchal ist per Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und auch das Haus haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Terasse, wie auch die Inneneinrichtung sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Zimmerservice waren super nett! Im Restaurant war das leider nicht der Fall. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, allerdings nicht sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich hat es uns wie gesagt sehr gut gefallen und wir……

“Superb hotel in a great location. Very clean bedrooms and all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, with lots of choice. But the best thing to me are the staff, who are all VERY helpful and cheerful. You can have a lovely building, rooms, food etc, but if the staff aren't pleasant then it's not good. I have to say ALL the staff members i met were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. VERY LOVELY HOTEL. ”

“Stayed at the hotel from May 26 to June 1 and had a wonderful time. Check in was easy and our room was ready with a nice welcome fruit basket. We appreciated the personalized touch. Each day our room was cleaned, towels restocked, as well as bottled water. There was lots of selection for breakfast. All the staff were very kind and welcoming Thank you Royal Savoy for making our first trip to Madeira memorable. ”
