“It was a wonderful stay! The Cottage has such nice touches and finishes. They think of everything you could need. I ordered a flower arrangement, fire side s'more's, fresh fruits and pastries. All of it was phenomenal. The owner is very kind and accessible. The outside hot tub was so relaxing and the fire pit was so enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a peaceful getaway.”

“We were in Tyler for a music festival and chose this cute little place to stay a few days. From the moment you walk in, it's charm welcomes you in. For a 2B 1Ba, this place was super roomy. We didn't cook while we were there, but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need, from shampoos and soaps, to qtips. What struck us the most was the cleanliness of this home. Every area of this home was absolutely spotless. I would definitely stay here……

“This house was adorable and extremely accommodating. I loved everything about it. I didn't get a good feel for the neighborhood, so be sure to do some research. That being said... I was traveling alone and did ALL of my coming and going at night. The house also had a security system with a panic button for guests to use if they needed it. The BEST thing about this property was the owner. She was responsive even very late at night. She came over to the property in the dark to check on something……

“We have stayed in VRBO’s for over 15 years and this was a winner. It was located in a beautiful, peaceful area and easily accommodated 11 children and Adults. They supplied everything you would need to cook and host a small family reunion. We hated to leave. Best of all the check out was the least complicated of any we’ve stayed at. On top of that our grandkids ages 10 to 16 NEVER SAID THE WORDS I’M BOARD! That says it all.”

“The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite.”
