There are plenty of parking space. The staff are friendly. I had to call them to let them know that the door lock for the bathroom is broken. So, one of us is in charge of making sure that no one opens it while someone is in there. I also told them we only have 3 towels, and there's no blanket for the sofa bed later. They gladly said, we can go down and get them. But the bathroom door have to be scheduled to get repaired. We left
as soon as we brought our things in the room. Unfortunately, we came home late from the fireworks, and we didn't check the sofa bed until we are about to sleep. The sofabed is only a single bed. I booked for 6 people.
Is s, so we booked for 2 queen bed and a queen sofa bed, that would fit 2 people. I called the front desk, and was told they couldn't transfer us because they are fully booked. We booked our accommodation through a third-party. So, I'm not sure who is responsible for the wrong room that we got. Should I be writing a reviw about the hotel or the third party where I booked out stay?
