“Quiet and cozy cottage! Well equipped kitchen. Flexible check in time with clear instructions. Clean bed sheets and towels. Only drawbacks are stains over the whole shower area and thin pillow. ”

“I would give five stars for the cleanliness of everything, the beauty and the comfort of the rooms and the dining room, except that when I showed up, nobody was there to check me in! I tried to find someone for almost an hour (I cannot make phone calls from my phone in Iceland) until I decided to see if one of the staff numbers listed could get a text message. Fortunately I got an immediate reply, referring to an email I was supposed to have received (but didn't), and she gave me instructions to……

“We loved our time in the Northern Comfort Inn. The shared kitchen space is really nice with everything you need. Access to laundry was very helpful for us. The room was cute and everything was super clean. It is a great space and everything looks really nice inside! We would definitely come here again. ”

“Kleines guesthouse mit fabelhaftem Gastgeber, der immer für ein Gespräch bereit war. Wir erhielten viele Insiderinformation über Island von ihm. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet und war sehr familiär. Das absolute Highlight war der hot tub vor dem Haus mit Blick in den Fjord. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!”

“Incredible location for the spring, backcountry skier. Nice 2 bedroom layout. Kitchen was easy. Shared bathroom not the best. But seperate shower room helps. A bit of a jaunt from town, but quiet and serene upon arrival. No cell signal. But wifi was consistent, minus one day when it went blank. Hike and ski right from your deck.”
