“We stayed at 8 Haogen which was a last minute switch from our original booking. So beautiful and spacious! We have been coming to Israel for years but have never stayed in Jaffa before. So glad we did. Amazing neighborhood, steps from the seaside walking path. Quieter than Tel Aviv and a short walk from Old City Jaffa with amazing shops, bars, and restaurants. High ceilings and open concept with 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 downstairs bedroom, 2 patios, a fully stocked kitchen and fridge. Our host……

“We loved the staff at the reception and the fifth floor dining. So friendly and helpful. They found a local English speaking doctor to come to our room when we were in need. The room was comfortable and felt roomy. The balcony was delightful for city views and sunsets. The Nespresso, coffee options, mini fridge and safe all worked great. The rooftop terrace and breakfast were wonderful too. ”

“Issues that arose were addressed promptly. AC needed repaired, patio door needs adjusted (wouldn’t close). Nice kitchenette and views. Convenient to Jaffa. Great communication. But very uncomfortable bed.”

The best part of the hotel are the staff - - they are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything. We would highly recommend this hotel :) ”

“This was a rather strange hotel. It was almost all automated from the check in experience to the light switches! Finding the hotel was tricky as there was no sign outside. Fortunately we spotted the keypad by the door and were relieved to find that the code sent to us in advance enabled us to gain entry. The room was large and spacious but some of the lights did not work. There was a coffee maker but no pods provided and several bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. There was no breakfast (maybe……
