“Room was clean. They did have a very good lost&found service. Very impressed.”

“Beds were fine for sleeping, TV was easy to use. It was close to where we were going. No clock in room, no microwave no information to tell you where thing were located, parking was ok for others to park infront of there room we had to park around corner from room could not see car. The room was facing the pool that is why we had to park on the other side, pool was very dirty and no water in it, I guess they will take care of that later.”

“Stay was convenient. Close to mall and some eating. Not too far from Outlet and Sports Arena. Room had no bugs and was clean. Mattress springs were horrible!!! The kicker is hotel wants you to pay ADDITIONAL $15 PER PERSON!! No overnight guests. Don’t bring your family. Even though I paid for a weekend. I would have to pay more for my family and no overnight guests. We travel monthly and never had these costs and rules. We are Vetaerans. Not children. ”

“My kids loved the hotel! Just wish they followed the schedule 😩 they day we arrived the outdoor pool was closed even though it said it would be open until 8pm. The meet and greet was scheduled for certain times, & like 3 times my kids didn’t get to see the characters because we’d wait 15 minutes after the schedule time. Other then that staff is super friendly, perfect hotel for kids who love Cartoon Network!! ”
