“This was a beautiful place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it is difficult to get to and from without having your own transportation. Le Pass is not reliable and neither is Uber. The shuttle is convenient, but expensive. This is the spot for quiet, good rest, and relaxation. ”

“The hotel is a rehabbed warehouse so the rooms are very large. There are no employees around because all communication is by email and text so that was a negative. The water pressure in my 5th floor shower was non existent. ”

“Ended up staying in their 3 king and 2 bathroom suite in New Orleans in the Warehouse district. Great central location and within minutes from Rouses so the full kitchen was awesome to have. Only salt and pepper available but still good. Plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry pods. It does take a while to dry, but that’s because it’s a condenser dryer. Could have used an extra hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen towels, but there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Communication via……

“The apartment was great. However the elevator went out and my 6 month pregnant wife had to walk up and down 6 flight of stairs for 2 days ”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”

“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”
