“Excellent service and the room was nice and clean ”

“The facilty smelled nice and was clean. The room was clean and well stocked with quality travel-sized products. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the temperature was well-regulated throughout the facilty. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not as well-kept and have also (recently) stayed at places with MORE stars that were no where near as nice. Perfect stay before your flight out of town. ”

“Facilities… hotel, room, restaurant, entrance, gathering areas are immaculate in cleanliness; hotel staff went beyond expectations to meet my special room requests and make our stay wonderful and without issue… Cindy(registration), Aldophus and Perry (transportation) made certain that we were transported to meet the airline schedule and assisted us with any need during our stay. “My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap or body lotion, the shower curtain ripped, in here I make responsable to the supervisors. People on front desk not really friendly as being first contact with customers. People on breakfast was REALLY……

Kendra at front desk went over and above to help me out during my stay, appreciate her efforts. nice gym, but the pool is out back, outdoors, kind of isolated, truck lot out back plus unhoused encampment about a quarter mile away, i wouldn’t leave a child unsupervised out there. make sure and ask for a room away from the highway, much quieter than freeway side. ”

“I loved this property. It's obviously and old hotel but it is immaculate. The staff was kind and courteous. Food was good and bar service was great. Valet (only!) parking but super convenient and affordable. Will definitely stay here again.”
