“I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.”

“We follow the policy of the house. But the old woman next door is a Karen. She acts like she own the place. Taking pictures of our cars even tho we are allowed to park at the drive way. We have to go through the garage per request by the property manager. But we have to go out in the side so that we can have access to the beach. The old woman was taking pictures and video of us! Very creepy!”

“The property is lovely and exactly as described. The furniture (indoor), sheets and supplied toiletries are high-end for a rental of this price in this area. The owner/manager is very responsive and helpful, We would definitely rent this property again.”

“Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic. Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day. That said, the pros outweighed the cons.”

“This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this……

“everything exactly as advertised. very nice house in easy area of malibu. simple in/out , parking etc. gorgeous views from primary bedroom and living area. everything in good working order. my only feedback ( not worth a star removal, just insight) is that in the photos of the master bedroom, the sectional sofa was facing out towards the ocean. In the configuration we were presented, it faced the closets. This was a disappointment.. such a waste of a good view. one other insight-the room with……

“The owner was super helpful, we were able to get groceries delivered and put into the house before we arrived. House was not as big as I thought from the pictures but it was definitely sufficient for two couples and three kids. The pool area is very nice, plenty of room and the funny looking chairs on the back porch were actually surprisingly comfortable! Since we were traveling with kids (some of which were not my own) I purchased the insurance. Was good I did since there was minor damage……

“The house could be good if it’s not summer. The temperature inside the house was 85 until about 2:00 am. The fans and window units that were provided did not work. Though the location was convenient, it was not great for our trip.”
