“Property was as described. Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. The property manager was very helpful, and unsuccessfully tried to contact the property……

“Very clean condo with everything we needed. Great beach vacation with free umbrella and chairs on the beach. Wish we hadn’t had a day of bad weather. We would definitely return here.”

“Condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.”

“We had a good stay. The pool grotto area looked like the pictures and felt like a resort. There were fun things for the kids like smores and scavenger hunts. I wish the bathroom had more places to hang wet swimsuits.”

“It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!”
