“This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers……

“We stayed for 3 nights to explore the area in and around Bordeaux. The cabin/chalet was exactly as described. It is in the lovely back garden of a home in a suburb of Bordeaux. We were very comfortable after a busy day of site seeing and travelling about. There isn't much around it to walk to for dining, so we bought food on our way back at the end of day to eat in.”

“Set in the small commune of Sainte-Colombe-de-Duras with a charming Roman church just across the road who’s chimes gently awoke us in the morning - This characterful countryside property has everything you need! By far it’s best feature (for us) was the fantastically sized swimming pool which we spent most of our relaxing time around. Beautiful views across the fields as you take a refreshing dip and let your cares melt away! The location is ideal for 5 mins drive to Duras which has a Chateau,……
