“What an awesome stay! Kids are 5 and 3 and they absolutely loved staying up in the lofted beds. The space is small but very functional and looks great. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed the fire pit and eating dinner on the patio. Host was very responsive and accommodating and gave some great recommendations. A really cool experience and we would definitely stay again. Thanks!!”

“Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

“This was my first VRBO, i found all the photos and descriptions of the VRBO to be true if not better in reality. The house was clean and and well maintained. The owners were accommodating to any requests and very informative about the area. We hope to return next year!”

“This is my second time staying at the Birdnest. It is a wonderful, peaceful retreat on the river. Everything is as described, very clean, lots of thoughtful touches, and great communication from the owner. I loved that dogs are welcome. The yard is secure with enough space to chase a ball and run around for your pups. there was a very thoughtful welcome. Basket was not only goodies for me but a small toy for my dog. The perfect place to sit and watch the river or go out and get on the river so……
