“There is a lovely 3th floor breadfast balcony which is superb to do birding! The breakfast is selective with noodle ,rice and toast. The staff is very friendly and hospital to help the guests. I enjoyed 4 day holiday here.But I have to complain about the poor pressure of water not to have a better shower !”

“It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for". The photos online make the place look a bit fancier than it really is. That said, considering it's a budget hotel, the rooms are surprisingly big. They could do with a bit of a makeover, but it's not a big deal. The rooftop bar is gorgeous! It's a great spot to chill out and take in the view. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was super friendly and really helpful, especially NyiNyi – they made a huge difference. My……

“It was great! It is a luxury tent campground. It would have been great to have a campfire, maybe even one for each tent, it would have made the experience perfect and there is place for it near the tents.”

“Voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen: veel van de voorzieningen waren niet aanwezig zoals WiFi op de kamer, airco, tv, toiletartikelen (zelfs wc papier was er niet!), water,... Er werd ons eerst een kamer aangeboden tegen de receptie. In deze gang wordt overigens ook het ontbijt aangeboden. We vroegen een andere kamer verder van de receptie en kregen deze ook. Alleen was deze ook absoluut niet geluiddicht. Breng zeker oordopjes mee of vraag een kamer op een van de verdiepingen. Qua netheid……

“Staff is great and always willing to help. Room is basic, it comes with fridge and ac. Breakfast was decent in a mini buffet style. Good location in Yangon and on the eighth floor of a mixed use building. A lot of restaurants/street food/convenience stores around. Would stay again! ”

“Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended.”
