“Perfect hotel ”

“Very friendly staff. Restaurant is 24 hrs with a bar- great sett and food. Management were very helpful. This was our 2nd stay here on this trip. ”

“入住时间在早上7点不到，在办完所有手续拿到钥匙后跟我们说要收取Early Check In的费用也就是全天房费。虽然后来和酒店交涉，同意加收半天房费，但是在这个事情上让check in变的不是那么愉快。后续解决方案尚可以接受。 酒店餐厅不少，泰餐厅口味适合中国人口味，SPA不错”

“Great hotel, location is in Nairobi city area, walking distant to banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel has everything you need, and has excellent service! All the staffs have super nice smile!”

“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

“We were here for one night with our family. There was a little mix up at first, but everything got solved. Following up on this the hotel offered us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. Lydia was really great and the cooking was devine. I highly recommend this.”
