“The property was amazing! Definitely staying here again! The room was very spacious and clean! Double sink bathroom, huge tub for two. King bed, full living and kitchen! More than I could ask for! I wish I was staying longer than over night!!! Rooftop view was nice! Parking was terrible! $45/day is outrageous! luckily it was the weekend and street parking was free! It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. “Location is very convenient to the French Quarter and Canal street. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again.”

Code for front door did not work, room was 85° because thermostat was set to heat and there were some termites inside due to balcony door not being shut all the way. Not quite sure how I feel about the phone call received a day after booking and paying in full to ask the reason of our stay and to ensure we were not having a party since we were locals. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome.
