“UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE ROOM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK SAFE. I HAD TO SUCK IT IN AS I KNEW I MIGHT NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THE 3 NIGHTS PAID. I LEFT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BUT CAME BACK IN THE NIGHT TO MEET THE HOTEL SMELLING OF CHEMICAL VERY HARSH THAT I WAS CHOKING, WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER SAID THEY FUMIGATED THE HOTEL NOT MINDING THE HEALTH HAZARD ……

“My stay was awesome. Staff members are friendly. Good internet. Rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.”

“First of all, they claimed they couldn’t find my booking until 9pm. Then they said cos Hotels.com has taken it own commission, they can’t give me a deluxe room even though that is what I paid for. They gave me a standard room with weird bathroom. Then they refused to give me WiFi, or Breakfast. ”

“I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim”

“The room i stayed ffg or a night wasn't anything like a hotel should be, no proper ventilation, bedsheet are not cleaned properly, interior colors is depressing. Complained and my room was changed to something better. Wifi wasn't accessible at all through out my stay. Please do more to keep up standards. ”

“How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. Hopefully, we wish to bring 1 box back again. Finally, it's my pleasure to share fantastic tour to all!”
