“We have stayed here a couple times and each time we have been happy with the place.”

“ Nice decor. Bed pretty comfortable, soft. The outdoor pool and hot tub inside the condo was our two favorite things. Unfortunately we did not get the exact same condo that we booked/payed for but were given a downgraded condo. There were bugs inside the condo which made it uncomfortable for us. The wifi that was provided for us did not work, and having bad service around that area was definitely not satisfactory. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. ”

“Nice location (close to SDC) Carpet didn’t feel clean walking barefoot on it, but was clean other than that. Has a small pool. Not much area for small kids (I would recommend life jackets if they can’t swim for sure) It is a totally non smoking place on the grounds anywhere & I respect that. If you’re a smoker you will need to smoke off property. The shower was AMAZING!!! Had lots of pressure!!! Water stayed hot with little time in between the 4 of us!!! I would recommend it.”

“Its definitely a older hotel, but the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The lady in the office was very friendly and made sure our stay was up to our expectations. She was also helpful in locating a place for us to have dinner very near by. We just need a room to get ready for a local concert we were attending and a quiet place to return for the night to get some sleep before we headed home. This place met that and with the nightly rate, we will definitely be back if we return……

“We have been staying at Shady Acres for decades. It is still a mom&pop type of operation, if you need service 24/7, look elsewhere. Strictly a family and senior clientele, usually well booked up far in advance. We love it.”

“We went the weekend of Thanksgiving to go to Silver Dollar City to see the lights. The condo is in a great location, goes opposite of traffic. The condo was well appointed, decorated adorable for Christmas. I would recommend it.”

“I've been coming to Branson for years and have always passed the area in some firm or another when visiting SDC. In looking for cabin stays the Cardinal Hill Cottages popped up and boy were my expectations surpassed. Cozy cabin look on the outside, was surpassed by the updated inside. My daughter absolutely loved the frog theme and I was beyond impressed with the furnishings and comfort. This is definitely a return destination. The only things missing for our needs were a cutting board and a……
