“I had a wonderful time at the LivINN. The staff was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was ok and was included in the stay, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again! ”

“Would have liked there to be a sign that says the lobby is on the 2nd floor. And also would have appreciated the parking garage to have a sign specifically saying it was for the hotel. We drove right past it to the front of the hotel. Walked inside and couldn’t use the elevator unless you have a key card. Yet I have to go to the 2nd floor to check in to get a key card. That right there was the most inconvenient part. Had to go back out, drive around the whole block again and go back into the……

“We usually travel out west to visit family in Arkansas each year. This time, we decided to take a little different route and planned to stop in louisville. As always, I use Expedia to look at ratings four different properties. This property had excellent ratings and I decided to try it. Needless to say, if we travel this way again, we will certainly stop here next time.”

“When I booked I booked a 2 bathroom room but got a 1 bathroom room. Not a huge deal was just was expecting 2 and could have used 2, but we made it work. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. ”

“The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers……
