They really understand and carry out the meaning of hospitality and help create a unique and pleasant experience. And being in the historic neighborhood made the experience that much better.”

“The property was very nice and peacful. If you are looking to get away from the everyday rush in this world, this would be the right spot. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was an incident that was out of everyones control, but the property owners handled it well. Nick and Erika were wonderful hosts. They even brought us some bread pudding from a restaurant they had visited (they did invite us to come along but my hubby and I were pooped). It was a vacation we will not forget.……

Every item in the house is very special and has meaning from beautiful art work to ceramic pieces to items dating back to the colonial era- all beautifully and lovingly preserved by Greg (the landlord) as part of his family heritage. Very very clean house and has everything, including dishes, coffee maker, silverware, toiletries, magnifying mirror, etc. Beautiful grounds with fig and other fruit……

“The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold……

“Our stay was excellent. Just what we needed for a short stay for a hospital procedure. Plenty of amenities available. No problems with check in however my husband forgot to get our Peanut Butter eggs out of the refrigerator when he left. I sure hope someone else was able to enjoy them! They are a special treat in our hometown each year to celebrate Easter!”
