“Appartement correct mais bien cher pour les prestations offertes.”

“Un séjour très agréable mais la climatisation aurait été un plus, surtout en période de canicule... La wifi fonctionne difficilement et son mode d'emploi n'est pas clair du tout. Il faudrait l'écrire en anglais... La piscine devrait avoir des parasols car il y fait trop chaud surtout en période de canicule..”

“La casa è all'interno di un villaggio dove c'è sia il resort sia il residence (purtroppo le indicazioni non sono presenti e la prima volta abbiamo girato un po' a vuoto cercando l'immobile). Dotata di accessori, aeno di 10min da Palau e da supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. Buona posizione per escursioni nell'arcipelago della maddalena e per le più belle spiagge della costa Smeralda e della Gallura (alcune a poche centinaia di metri). Parcheggio riservato, la casa ha una camera da letto……

“Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das Meer, sehr gute Lage, kein Durchgangsverkehr wir sind mit Kleinkind zum Strand gelaufen, Strand ist 👌 sonst alles wie beschrieben. Es lohnt sich da nal hinzufahren. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Möglichkeiten zu wandern. Kleine Buchten sehr schön”

“Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, es hat alles gut geklappt, Schlüsselübergabe, Tipps. Ganz so neu, wie auf den Fotos, ist die Wohnung nicht mehr. Aber wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Auf dem Rasen der Anlage lag Hundekot, welcher in den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht entfernt wurde. Strand, Hafen, Geschäfte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen.”

“It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed it very much. The house was very tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was exactly as described on the webpage. Our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed having a separate room including an own bathroom! The surroundings are calm and beautiful (only a 5 minute walk away from the sea)! It was a perfect stay!”

“I got apt 10 and it is so cute and quaint. Close to everything - 15 mins or less walk. Check in is easy! The only thing, taxi is pricey. Lastly, try the Palau wines. The red house is delicious!”

“The accommodation suited our needs perfectly with lots of places to eat nearby, a lovely coastal walk and easy access to other places of interest. Claudia gave us a warm welcome and lots of lovely surprises, like fresh strawberries, a huge bowl of fruit, milk, butter and other tasty treats. The bedrooms were lovely with large comfortable beds, very important to our son and his wife who we travelled with. There is a super room for a baby or child and a cot and high chair were provided as well as……

“Nur 1 Meckerpunkt: Lorenzo, der Housekeeper hat einen großen,starken Kampfhund, der oft alleine auf dem Parkplatz rumlief. Für uns mit unserem 6 kg Hund war das ziemlich beängstigend.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Küchengeräte inkl. Ausstattung sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen dringend der Renovierung. Das Internet könnte leistungsstärker sein, insbesondere auf der Terrasse.”

“Eine furchtbare Nacht liegt hinter uns in einer Wohnung, die herunter gekommen ist, keine Heizung hat funktioniert kein warmes Wasser,, schmutzig alles veraltet die Töpfe unbrauchbar, das Geschirr schmutzig, es roch muffig und schimmelig in der Wohnung, die Decken, viel zu dünnen und alte verwandte Decken und sich damit noch zu zudecken, wenn es kalt ist. Es war einfach nur ein ekelhafter Aufenthalt, und so eine Wohnung gehört verboten, diese zu inserieren.”

“Elia’s home is truly amazing. The home is very cute. The views are incredible. Rick formations all around are simply beautiful. Easy walk to swim. Close to a few cool little bars and restaurants. Quick drive to grocery and town. A very special spot… not a sterile hotel, rather a magical oasis. Grazie Elia…”

“we have a room with balcony and sea view. It was clean, big (for 2 person), balcony is safe against rain (unfortunately one day was rainy) and really nice view we had La Maddalena and the harbour. Breakfast was good and enough. ”

“Très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel avec ma fille ...l'endroit est idéal pour visiter les alentours de Palau ! L'hôtel est très mignon ! Le personnel est très agréable ! Le restaurant en revanche est très cher pour peu de choix... À comparer avec une petite pizza locale sur Palau à 8,50 €... le choix est vite fait 😉”
