“We had such a wonderful time. I'm a loyal holiday inn customer and would definitely come back. From the room to the lounging area downstairs, everything was wonderful. My kid threw up on the last day there (I felt awful!) and staff was prompt to deal with it and very kind. There was a lady who kept publicly getting angry with an older gentlemen on staff who was cleaning and legit the nicest person at the establishment that was quite offputting. Idk if she was having a day or what, but she was……

“Everyone there was great, I spoke with Joe mostly and he was great, would ask if there was anything else he could do to make our stay better. The front desk manager was also helpful, I had a question about the billing. Everything was clean, and up to date. We enjoyed having the extra room (having a suite), that we had the option to cook or go out as well as having a fan in the room as well. The food was excellent. The pool was indoors, the only things i could mention would be about the pool; it……

“The property was convenient to where we were visiting. We were traveling with several family members and wanted several bedrooms. Our room had a king-sized bedroom for adults, a bedroom with two queens for kids, two bathrooms, kitchenette and lounge area. Plenty of space for everyone. The room above us was very loud with music and pounding. The hotel staff was accommodating and founds us another room. ”

“The property is safely tucked away and is very close to restaurants and the third-largest mall in the United States. Accessibility is extremely easy and the customer service at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will plan on staying here when visiting in the future.”
