"Very good except the whole hotel is fill with Thai fragrances "

"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament. Room: Room is very squishy, not only the floor space but also hardly any table space. Service: Staff attitude at the front desk is poor. Being busy is no excuse for being unprofessional. Location: It is 800m away from the landing of Runway Manila, which is the walkway to cross from terminal 3 of airport. It is a very difficult walk especially if you have luggage or arriving at night. You’ll need to go up and down curbs, navigate through steps, cross roads, etc. Belmont hotel is right next to the landing, and there are other hotels closer if location is what you care."

"There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop."

"Very nice hotel for the new year holidays, the hotel host a count down party and fireworks, great night. "

"All in all, I quite like this hotel as the C/P ratio is good, services not bad actually. I may stay again for the next visit if it becomes possible."

"Overall, it’s a good experience to stay here in club sea view room. However, 1. The aircon is too cold and the temperature control seems not working properly. 2. The Balcony did not set up chairs and coffee table for relaxing 3. Sea view is not beautiful and suggest no need to choose this type of room."
