“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. "The hotel is very close to Universal Studios Hollywood, and it is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the studio, which runs every 15 minutes, which is very convenient! The hotel facilities are very good, and there is also a swimming pool.
