“I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there.”

“The room was absolutely disgusting the bedding was not washed at all . I could smell the body odor of the person that slept on it last. My husband was so grossed out he slept on the table. There were bugs and the fridge was dirty. There was a fist sized hole in the bathroom door like someone tried breaking it down . There were white stains on the chairs and the couch I wish I could get my money back bc that was terrible ”

“Not much to like. The only lights in the room that worked was at the sink and in the bathroom. Room smelled like a dirty ashtray. No washcloths and ran out of T P, had to walk to the store and get a roll. Stay away, find another hotel. 👎👎👎”

“Love the property. Mixture of an older building with very nice modern upgrades. In a perfect location, next to the convention center, and in a very interesting neighborhood and walking distance to a variety of additional interesting neighborhoods. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this apartment to everybody.”
