“This was our 5th return to this property and like all the previous visits it was fabulous. The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .”

“We had two extra nights to stay on the west side of the island. We were so happy with our choice. Convenient to Steps Bch, downtown Rincón, and centrally situated on the East side, the location is perfect. Everything is secured via 4 digit codes so no keys to keep up with. The unit is in a neatly kept neighborhood, and the unit is cozy but extremely clean and well-organized. I swam in the pool both mornings, very nice and well-kept. Outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing and grill was easy……

“My mom, sister and our kids spent 3 nights at this house. We were very pleased-it had all the amenities needed with 2 stocked kitchens and alot of beach equipment and a perfectly sized pool. The house was located at the top of a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and country side.”

“Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC.”

“We had four adults and four children 8 and under in our party. My son passed away and we were there to celebrate his birthday. It was a perfect place to hang out together as a family. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. We loved being able to walk to different restaurants and the little coffee shop. We especially loved the restaurant next door, Tamboo with excellent food and service.”

There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you.
