“It started out with no contact from host. Took 1/2 hour to get code. Owners appear to be on property. At night could not get door to stay shut, put a chair against it. Traffic from Hwy 63 was very noisy. I was ok about the airport noise as they disclosed it. Only stayed 1 night due to the above issues. Paid for 2 nights but wasn't worth staying.”

“Just keep in mind that the property is very old and so are all the appliances and furniture. When I say old, I mean clawfoot bathtub old. It’s not bad- they all seem to work fine- I just wasn’t expecting that based on the pictures. The house is also set up pretty weird and there are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Other than that, can’t complain. The place is very clean. “We were very pleased with having this house to return to every day. We were here for Dr. Appointments for 1 month and this was perfect. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. “We were in town for a wedding this past weekend and loved that we chose to go this route for our stay. We were traveling with 6 total people and the layout of the house still felt spacious. The communication between the owners was second to none and we loved the location. We weren't able to take in all Rochester had to offer, but if you were there to do that, the location is perfect. “I booked for a stay for appts at Mayo. There were just two of us. The home is well situated for Mayo it’s a quick trip!! It’s also well located in terms of needing to run for coffee, restaurants, to the grocery store…etc. all things we found near. “This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was……
