“The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. There are only two plugs in the room, and their places are very odd, like behind the beds.. etc. Even……

“We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking……

“Not missed the TV at all with such a view. The room was spacious, well decorated, great quality amenities were provided along with slippers and towels. Bathroom is a wet room, it may not suit everyone, there is no fridge and no breakfast was offered, that is just for your information. It is a small hotel in a sleepy little place so if you plan to arrive late, please do inform the host. Most dinner places close by 10pm so it is good to get in early. “　日本で言えば、老舗の温泉ホテルのような感じがした。 　ただし、大浴場はなく無料のサウナとプール、療養施設があった。そのためか長期滞在の中央アジア系と思われる人（団体）が多いように思われた。 　内装、調度品、設備は重厚感のある物が多かった。 　提供された部屋は中庭・プールに面した完全なシングル室で、夏に向けた外装工事中のため窓外は足場が組まれていたのは残念だった。 　朝食は大ホテルらしいビュッフェ式で種類も豊富でオムレツオーター調理もあった。 　立地としては観光中心部からやや外れた住宅街を通った先の高台で、部屋によっては景色が良いと思う。”

“The hotel is well located. The rooms seem to be renovated but already show their age (shower leaking on the floor in the rest of the bathroom). Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the hotel has more of a hostel feel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear every noise from the hallway and people talking. You can even hear noise from other rooms. Good value if you don't mind the noise.”
