“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG. Thanks for the Peda……

“Good hotel with going ambiance and proximity to isckon. ”

“The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. It’s far away from the condition of the real property. Staff was trying hard to address the issues but the property itself needs major renovation. I had to change 3 rooms as there were issues for either AC, water in the bathroom or some or other reason the room was not checked before check in. I highly suggest to look for other properties in……

“Hotel was okay. Nothing special. It looked very good on website. On the night of second day of visit, there was electricity problem, due to which not only AC but even fan couldn't run. Hotel had only inverter backup, no generator backup. Due to long power-cut even inverter power backup was not available after 2 hours. However, hotel staff was courteous. ”
