“My family and I had so much fun in Pagosa, the house was in a great location, about 35 minutes to ski, snow mobile etc. and 5 minutes to food and groceries! Definitely recommend for young families! We had a great time. Mrs. Bryan was in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved it here!”

“Overall was good, the area is nice and quiet and close to everything. however a couple issues, the BBQ grill was not usable as opened it up and just all rusted out. The shower drain in main level bedroom is almost clogged, you had to stand in several inches of water to shower, the shower issue could be easily missed but not the grill.”

“It was the perfect house for our friends 70th birthday. 10 of us stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better property. It fit us perfectly with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and large dining table. It's a beautiful property. We were blessed with a swan knocking on the door and hot air balloons taking off. Easy location to access all the things you need.”

“The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had.”

“Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available.”
