“We had a fantastic vacation! It was like our own little resort! The house and pool were perfect. The view and the dock were amazing. We saw turtles, manatee, lobster, fish, birds and stingray! The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!”

“What an amazing property! More than enough room for our family of 8 - which included 4 of our adult children and 2 grandkids. So many amenities here - this property owner has thought of everything - still can’t believe all the wonderful “extras” included with this stay! All beds are so comfortable - the outdoor kitchen is over the top - lots of water toys to use off the beautiful dock - excellent pool and hot tub. It was conveniently located near Founder’s Park, Theater of the Sea, several restaurants, grocery stores, businesses and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our daughter and her family visited for several days during our stay and the back of the property was great for entertaining. “Our month at this home was fantastic. Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. The owners are very responsive and we had a great time. This home is exceptionally nice! We brought our 21' CC and used it daily. The canal location is very good, with manatee's, tarpon and lots of other fish. “The home and grounds was gorgeous and very nice. We enjoyed being at the property and spent every morning and evening on the dock enjoying the serenity. The pool was lovely, and the home furnishings were good. The listing inaccurately stated the bed situation, which didn't impact our stay, thankfully. “Pictures don’t do this place justice! We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces and only went inside to sleep and shower…but even showers were sometimes outside in the great outdoor shower! The kids loved snorkeling, fishing, and exploring the beach. We rented kayaks on our last day and that was a hit, too. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you would need. There were very ample staples in the cabinets to get you through the day until you shopped. “We loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained by the owner Jeff. The best part was the pool area and hot tub with plenty of seating on the pool deck and the elevated, shaded platform. The grill was easy to use and top notch. The living room is very big and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. So was the dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. The views from the living space were spectacular, looking out on to lush tropical trees……
