“The property was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, plenty of gated yard for the dogs, plenty of seating inside and outside. Overall the house and apartments/exterior rooms were decorated beautifully and perfect for a lake house. Brandie was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. We hope to be back soon!”

Perfect for a family or two couples. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. There's a binder of information that helped us get acquainted with things nearby. The access instructions were detailed and flawless. Just so you know . . . As noted, there is no Internet/WiFi And hot spotting worked for……

“Hassle-free check in just input the door code, put you stuff down and jump in the pool located at your back patio. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook inside as well as on the grill in the pool area.We enjoyed both the pools on the property and walking down to the river. Gruene is only about 8 min. from the condo so we enjoyed walking and shopping aound there and we also loved floating and playing at Rio……

“We had arrangements to stay else where and they fell through. Terry and Sue went above and beyond to help us out in a very short amount of time. I’m a clean freak so I’m always nervous at what we will find. I have only stayed at 1 other VRBO. This place was perfect!!! Everything you could want or need. Very clean, very homey and so quaint! My husband was so pleased and he is the reason we never stay in any, he has changed his mind since we stayed there. It was so quiet, so clean and 4 min from……
