“1- odayı alırken gösterilen resimlerle gerçek oda aynı değil, zemin kat, balkon yok, pencereler demirli 2- 3 yatak odası var ve çift kişilik yatak yok, oturma grubu zaten resimdeki gibi değil, büyükçe bir deliği olan çekyat vart 3- mutfakta 1 çay kaşığı, iki çay tabağı ve bir takım bardaklar dışında hiç bir şey yoktu 4- çay bardağı var ama çaydanlık yada çay yapılabliecek herhangi bir şey yoktu 5- Mutfak tmizlenmemiş, çekmecelerde ne zamandan kaldığı belli olmayan ekmek dilimleri parçaları……

“When I arrived at the hotel, all the apartments were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by Hotels.com, and he provided another apartment in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation.”

“The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened……

“Smart hotel with friendly staff”

“During our stay at the hotel, we had a wonderful time and found the staff to be very welcoming. However, we did find the price to be on the higher side compared to our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that some of the furniture in the room was a bit worn out. We also found the extra bed to be uncomfortable. Despite these minor issues, we still had a good experience overall and would consider coming back in the future.”
