“Clean and well service”

“We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off ”

“Room is big and comfortable but very bad room service, not clear the trash every day, just do it whenever they feel like. ”

“We had a really comfortable room with views over St Paul’s. We booked it for a theatre trip and it was an excellent location. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“great location. staff polite and helpful. especially Nasif went for anniversary celebration to London. upgraded to suite. after spending day out, came back to chocs and fruit, fantastic hotel would come back.”
