“If you are going to an event at the Amalie Arena, it’s only a 2 minute walk there. Plus, there are quite a few dining options right near the hotel! ”

“Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. The furnishing were beautiful and we were impressed with Yuly's art work. We highly recommend Sandy's Getaway!”

“We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked. There is no trashcan in the bathroom and the……

“Clean, beautiful and everything you need to relax We really did enjoy ourselves. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was not far from several different beaches/activities. Only reason for the overall rating of a 4 was the beds were very firm (bottom bunk beds where more comfortable for us compared to king bed) and security lighting on 24/7 without blackout curtains in bedrooms (this could be oir error. There might have been a way to turn them off and we just didnt know how/were).”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
