“Great location for walking anywhere in Isabel II. Easy access to whole island with rental car.”

“The location is great, I really liked listening to the ocean waves it was so relaxing. The pool is nice and private. The living room and bedrooms were ok, the extra linens and towels were just thrown in a closet on top of some house hold supplies. The kitchen is in need of some organizing The pans, dishes and utensils were just kind of placed here and there. The convection oven made some loud nosies and the gas grill knobs were very difficult to turn when lighting and adjusting the flame. We……

“Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you”

“We stayed here for 6 days at the end of April 2024. And this property is the definition of balling on a budget. The pool was great! The views were great! The house was good… It was basic, with ac in the bedrooms, basic kitchen, Basic living room, basic bathrooms. With all the beach items you could need included! Hope this helps.”

“Beautiful home , wide open and in touch with nature , the view of the ocean, star gazing from each room and the view from the rooftop terrace for sunsets was amazing. The pool is unbelievable , the site of the home is right next to the Mélançon to the right and close to the black sand beach to the left . An overall joyous Easter week-weekend for my family , there was 12 of us in all, we were comfortable, in awe and had a truly great time . 5 star owners who were available for any questions and……

“Great location for going to the beach, kayak to bioluminescent bay, 30 minutes to el yunque forest, 30 minutes to ferry to go to vieques/culebra island. Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay.”

“The home was as described, sleeper couches in living room were uncomfortable for longterm sitting, but home was over all nice, the neighbors decided night time was the time to work on cars, rev motors and do doughnuts in the street and keep you awake half the night! Other than that our stay here was amazing!”

“The place was very clean, well organized and welcoming. The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! The listing pictures need to be updated so the size and space of the room can be shown. One of the bedrooms had different beds than in the picture. I think with updated photos then this would’ve been 5 stars.There is no hot tub and when I booked……

“Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages.”
