“Our stay was very nice and location is fine but in november there is a lot of shadow in the garden and the house is very cold in the evening. The contact with the owners was very good. They react very fast when you have aan question.”

“Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem gemütlichen Haus unterhalb des Montgo genossen. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Samuel sehr freundliche begrüßt und er hat uns die wichtigsten Informationen über das Haus gegeben. Dieses Haus ist exakt so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Es ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Ganz besonders hat uns der beheizte Swimmingpool gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent und hat hervorragend funktioniert. “We enjoyed our holiday. The house was ideally situated near town but in a quiet residential area up a hill with sea view. All comfort was there, just like at home. The house is spacious, clean and the pool is large. High-speed internet available. No airco but several ventilators. Dénia is a wonderful little city with a nice promenade, numerous shops and restaurants, and lots of beach. We may return in the future.”

“Die Villa mit Pool und Garten sind genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Ein kleines Paradies für sich alleine. Die Gastgeber Susan und Nick sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Housekeeperin Martina war super freundlich und die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt zum Strand, was jedoch mit einem Auto kein Problem darstellt. Dafür hat man den Berg Montgo direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir sind dort hinauf gewandert und haben von oben die Aussicht genossen. Das Panorama war echt beeindruckend, sowohl vom Berg aus, als auch von Haus aus! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen……

“Wir hatten im November 2023 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus in Denia. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf den Hafen von Denia ist traumhaft. Siegfried hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. die Tapasbar in der Nähe. Er war auch immer ansprechbar und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.”

“3 jours avant notre arrivée, la gérante nous demande 180 € d’électricité en espèce, dans le contrat de réservation tout était compris. Le ménage laissait à désirer, toiles d’araignées, fenêtres sales, vaisselle dans les armoires était sale et restes de nourriture dans le congél. Pas d’eau chaude dans une salle de bain malgré changement bombonne de gaz + odeur pestilentielle donc inutilisable. Un autre toilette inutilisable plusieurs jours, défaillance chasse d’eau, attente intervention……

“Le logement est propre, et bien équipé. C'est une résidence très bien entretenue avec une jolie piscine surveillée. Il y a un seule chambre, les ados ont dormi ensemble dans le clic-clac. “Heel fijn Vila met een groot zwembad. Kamers waren super ruim en fijn, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer op twee slaapkamers na.
