“The food options were all excellent and the people were nice. My complain was the bathroom had a sewer smell that was strong the glass shower cubes were cracked. The property needs to update it as some areas and room are very outdated!. The entertainment was excellent. ”

“Beautiful resort, friendly staff and many food choices and lots of entertainment. We were disappointed with the resort that didn’t honor the resort credit we had with our booking package and were promised a reimbursement but did not happen.”

“Everything about the property was fabulous. We had a 2 room director suite which comes with a personal agent who handled reservations and all the help we needed. Amazing and highly recommend ”

“Quiet, beautiful, and friendly staff. Dining locations need fans or air conditioning. No evening entertainment except for live singer at bar. Needs casino, comedy, or other options. Left one day early and resort didn’t offer to refund ”

“The beach is dangerously, the water is wormy and clear but is not for people who do not know to swim or surfing ”

“I had a nice stay at occidental however I feel the resort should update the lighting on the resort. At nite it’s pretty dark. And they need to have make sure your rooms are stocked with wash clothes. I went several days begging for wash clothes. I had to use the hand towels to bathe. And thank god one of my friends from the trip gave me one because she had multiple. And they also need to have options to eat after 10pm. ”
