“I had a great experience staying at the Crown Plaza Managua. All of the staff were very service oriented and helpful. In fact, I left my Ray Ban’s in the pool area and the next day when I asked at the front desk about them, I was thrilled that they had been found and held by the staff. The room was nice and quiet and the housekeeping staff did a great job!”

“Desk was not aware of our reservation through Expedia. He spoke no English. He asked if I had "cancelado" the rooms reserved. I said I did not, thinking he meant I cancelled the reservation for the rooms. He called his manager about our Expedia reservation. The manager was to check with Expedia and after a long wait he called back. The desk clerk said we could have the rooms which were unusually painted with murals and local sayings.We had to move rooms twice to find ones that had the A/C……
