“Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. It never cooled down and the AC never came up even after being asked to switch rooms. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and……

“This was my first experience out of the country solo! Mr. Oral was very helpful in making sure I got to the resort safely. Housekeeping was on point every morning at 10 AM!!! They even made up my room for my birthday. The food was great, bartender staff friendly. Everything was dope!!! The reggae show they put on was excellent, also. Pool bar is a vibe! “I booked Iberostsr because I saw their property in Cancun and was in awe. The resort was nice. Staff amazing. Food pretty good. The beef patties at the truck on the beach …superb. Our room was ok. We had a slow shower drain which made taking a shower unplesssnt. All and all had a relaxing stay ”
