“It appeared to be a nice place. Staff was super. It could have been cleaner. Walking barefoot in the room, my feet felt grimy. ”

“When we arrived we had to wait while the person at the desk dealt with a phone call. After handing us our room keys they said nothing and started attending to another guest. It seemed rude. The room was fairly clean, but there was dirt on some of the furniture and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Checkout was very easy. Breakfast was decent but the dining area was filled with screaming children.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Automatic blind didn’t open. Bathroom spacious. Confusing shower head controls. Couldn’t figure out how to turn water completely off. Odd noises at night (room 217). Elevator? Plumbing? A/C? Not sure. Good breakfast. Some common areas, doors, and elevator showing signs of age. Very friendly and helpful front desk.”

“My visit was for business purpose, so it was going to be short. The counter lady was having some trouble with another guest but hostess was calm and well mattered, eventhough the guest was yelling at her and calling for manager. I felt the young lady handled herself with respect and dignity. Im so grateful eventhough my room was changed she treated me with repect and patience. I thank her for my time there. ”

“Good hotel”

“It’s my second time staying at this hotel. The room I got this time needed a bit more cleaning. The hair dryer was falling off its wall mount and so was the toilet paper in the bathroom. I did notify the employee when I checked out about these 2 minor issues. I did forget to let him know that the refrigerator is not working properly. I like the location of this hotel and its surroundings. There are a few places to eat and shop right next door. I will stay again whenever I travel again. ”

“One night stay while traveling with friends. We booked a two bedroom/two bathroom unit which accommodated us perfectly. Very nice breakfast as well with many choices. This was my fourth stay at a Staybridge Suite and I have never been disappointed.”

“This Days Inn is situated and a particularly convenient location! Right next to the mall, movies, and several of the main restaurants in florence! To top it off, they have excellent booking rates through Expedia! Very satisfied.”
