“Very clean but needs some repairs and updates. Room 108 door wouldn’t shut properly and was offset in frame. Sauna didn’t work. Pool needs remodel and pump repair. Hot tub needs repairing. Only half jets worked. Not sure what is wrong in pool area but incredibly hot (so hot they propped door open) and portable dehumidifiers were in place. Breakfast was mediocre. ”

“This was a great motel. I wanted somewhere that was within walking distance of Saugatuck but would be easy to park at and not be crowded. This motel worked perfectly. You can walk right into town in approximately 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly. They were even able to check us in early. The largest 'mini-fridge' I've ever had in a room. Be aware that there isn't a microwave in your room but is in a common room along with the ice. Not a problem for me, but something to be aware of. I……

“Close to the beach and downtown. Will stay here again. Only minor thing was no access to ice nor a freezer but it is a B&B. Breakfast was convenient and good. Everyone we interacted with were great. Convenience store is near property. We heard another couples concern that their room was dark and chilly in the main house. We chose the Biltmore room in the guest house and it was great.”

They did a complete renovation of the inn. Still the beautiful antique-filled luxuriously plush rooms, but updated to a more muted and understated color palette befitting the current design aesthetic.
