“Loved this resort, great for families. Everyone was very nice and there are many activities here for people of all ages and backgrounds. The property itself is gorgeous and when I went in May there were plenty of umbrellas on the beach. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was making dinner reservations for the evening meals. I stayed 2 nights and neither night had any openings. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made reservations 1 week ago prior to arrival. A simple……

“The best hotel/resort we've stayed in. Staff we're not over friendly to beg for tips and while it was busy, not over crowded. The location is stunning, in the bay with multiple beaches. We're definitely coming back.”

“酒店让我感觉自己像个坏人，保安陪着办理入住手续，进出要检查房间卡，到车里拿衣服，保安就在旁边看着。退房没人来帮忙拿行李，自己拿进汽车，但有工作人员来问我房间号码！酒店音乐一直持续到半夜，噪音让我无法入睡！”

“It was a really out of our expectation hotel. Excellent, hospitality, and view is wonderful. Room is clean and as the same as photo. We have a car can park next to pier without fee. The host is always ready to answer your question and prompt reply. Easily to arrange a jetty boat to go and come back. It was pity that the weather was cold I cannot swim in the sea and the pool. Otherwise, it would be very wonderful!!! I love their dogs and they are really kind. ”

“Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.”

“It was an amazing hotel with super staff. So good my wife and daughter have just booked to go next week. Boat trip was fabulous as was the secret beach. On reflection may have preferred a patio rather than the balcony as the balcony was only tiny with no room for furniture. Would definitely return”

“Staff are very polite and nice. Rooms are bright with lots of natural light. My room had a great ocean view. It is very close to the beach and all the resturants. Yard and pool are great. Clean and cosy. Breakfast could be better but staff make you omlete if you want. In general it is a nice place to stay and enjoy”
