“I have been to this resort three times. In the past, it has been totally outstanding, but this visit I found it a tad bit lacking in some respect. For example, the menu has changed drastically/low end entrées and the spirits served are no longer premium. They are well drinks. That did not impress me much at all.”

All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Stayed in the Wild Studio. Beautiful room, great layout for a couple. The wall separating the outdoor bathroom from the sleeping/living area opens for a cool experience. The property felt safe and was very clean and well maintained. I only got some juice at the restaurant, but it looked nice and the prices were reasonable. I appreciated the controlled access to the property and the communication from the front desk via WhatsApp was great. Keep in mind that the ENTIRE bathroom is outdoors, so if……

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. “Our room overlooked the Park with all of the mosaic benches, it was so pretty! We were just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the Pier. There were lots of bars, dancing, shopping, and restaurants within a few blocks. It was a great location in the Romantic Zone!”

“The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome. ”

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……

“This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the Adult only concept. Very Gay Friendly. The hotel is located in the Zona Romantica which is the Center of it all. The staff is amazing all the time. Friendly , respectful , attentive , quick reaction to needs. The infinity pool is one of the best for lounging and watching the Sunset. The restaurant staff is So Amazing and Wonderful. Love this team. From the moment you walk in the pool area the restaurant staff is there for all your needs……
