It's unique location provides viewing of the Great Lakes freighters coming up and down the river day and night. All the amenities needed for our comfort were provided by our attentive host Marc. “This was such a beautiful property. The views of the woods and garden create the perfect backdrop for the cozy log home. Everything was neat and clean and Mary Lynn made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was the perfect place to come home to after exploring the U.P. each day.”

“This was a girls weekend for my mom, her sister and my friend. The property is very nice and there is a nice place to sit where you can watch the boats pass by. The large picture window in the living room is also great for this. The seating in the living room is great for relaxing and visiting. Appreciated the timely and clear communication with the host.”
