“The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.”

“Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything.”

“The Villa no 8 is not part of Klub Bunga management so we can't access the facilities of Klub Bunga without paying extra. The place is quite old and cleanliness is not very good. The house has a lot of insects and the flooring is slippery and a bit oily. However, the recep people is quite responsive even though they did not clean the place very well.”
