“服務人員很親切的招呼客人，環境很乾淨，餐廳的早餐每天都有變化，食物種類蠻多的，比較不足的地方是盥洗浴室水龍頭，如果抹上肥皂的話很難開關”

“很方便，很有巴里島風格的飯店，環境很好，唯一缺點是訂房時註明2張床，到了房間卻是一張不那麼大的雙人床，花了一些時間換房間。房間裡有各種蟲類，包括蟑螂、螞蟻、小蜈蚣、小飛蚊等。可以理解有這些昆蟲，因為是很多樹木環繞的平房。如果害怕這些的可能不適合入住”

“酒店近機場，乘免費接駁車只須15分鐘，對面就是商場有超市及很多食肆。走路6分鐘就到沙灘，天朗時可觀日落，實在方便。酒店員工服務態度滿分，樂意幫忙。泳池可以游泳。餐廳早上提供自助早餐，種類豐富，味道不錯。房間清潔舒適，性價比高。”

“Quite a pleasant experience in this beach front resort style hotel. Big enough for a wholesome enjoyment of Bali without even stepping out of the compound with huge swimming pools, beach, spa and 4 or 5 restaurants or bars. The sunset view on the beach is priceless. But if you like, one could also go out to the streets, easily accessible by taking a complimentary buggy (i.e. golf car) to the front gate of the hotel, to enjoy a wider variety of foods, convenience stores and night clubs. ”

“1,前台主動升等房型，意外驚喜。 2,房間空間算大，乾淨，床好睡。住泳池旁，開落地窗房內有蚊子，但住二天沒被叮。 3,清潔迅速。 4,早餐精彩，有現做單點，也有現成自助式。 5,有飯店接駁車到定點，但只有單程，一天四班。”

“房間內的棉被上爬了好幾隻黑色的大螞蟻，拍掉之後沒多久又爬了好幾隻上來，晚上睡的不安心，隔音也不是很好，早上被隔壁房小孩的哭聲吵醒。”

“只有住一晚，房間設施有點老舊，房間走道上隔音設備不太好，夜歸跟一早七點多就有房客說話聲音打擾，大致上都還可以接受。工作人員服務態度不錯。”

“We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. The food in Tree Bar is very tasty and with live music in certain time. The pools are clean. Spa facility is very good. We had 2 spa 2 days in a roll. In general, I enjoyed this trip very much!”

“Hotel have a lovely beach. Because of this reason, when we have meal in the restaurant which is near the beach. But we didnt have a very good time because have a lot of flies during the eating time. We told the waiters is that have any way to solve the problem. The waiter gave us a very surprise answer "because your order sea food meal, so have a lot of fly(flies)" Hahahah But beside of this problem this hotel is very nice and beautiful. ”

If you are hiring a motorbike the location is perfect for seminyak or Canggu otherwise a little out for walking to main areas. Again the staff made the stay fun and enjoyable thank you ”
